Our classes are designed to develop the fundamental and advanced skills required for 11+ exams, with annual curriculums that are very carefully designed to ensure that we deliver the core benefits of a social learning environment, as well as provide each of our enrolled students extensive individual attention and development. Our classes are run by highly experienced teachers and run throughout the year during term time, but we also run intensive classes during the holidays. Currently, our classes for 11+ prep range from Year 6, 5, and 4 groups, which all run in person at our venue in Belgravia. We manage individual groups in both English and maths which are highly specialised and very teaching-heavy in essence, which make these classes unique in the sense that we develop skills and knowledge required to be successful for 11+ entry as opposed to merely having students sit paper after paper with little teaching. The skills we develop include the fundamental techniques and understanding required for competitive exams, as well as the pre-GCSE level skills required for Tier 1 schools. Our English classes encompass all elements required for various 1+ exam formats including analytical writing (written comprehension), reading analysis and multiple choice, technical English skills (spelling, punctuation, grammar, vocabulary), and creative writing skills. We also cover aspects of verbal reasoning and interview preparation and prepare for both private and grammar school examinations. Our maths classes, on the other hand, offer a methodical building of core skills in arithmetic, geometry, worded logic and puzzles and problem solving, whilst covering T1 competitive mathematics and exam technique, along with aspects of NVR. The teachers leading the classes are highly experienced and trained in the niche requirements from many schools and how to implement development tailored to the expectations set. Beyond the classroom, you will have access to expert consultation and management on schools and 11+ preparation and admissions in general, including strategies, shortlisting and support with applications. The spirit of what we do is a marathon as opposed to a sprint, instilling confidence in students with gradual and compassionate support and teaching as many students now commence their 11+ journeys earlier and earlier
